Ryan Heer, ND

Dr. Ryan received his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine after four years of medical training at the nationally accredited National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Upon graduation, he completed a highly competitive and demanding post-graduate clinical residency focused on integrative primary care and preventive cardiology. After completing his training, Dr. Ryan stayed in Oregon practicing naturopathic medicine before returning back to Indianapolis in 2021 to open Crossroads Integrative Medicine.
Dr. Ryan’s naturopathic primary care training led the way for his growing passion for specialty care and the complexities of patient’s health. He is an expert in gastrointestinal health, preventative cardiology, autoimmune disease, and endocrine/metabolic disorders. He is a leader in specialty care for naturopathic doctors and the founding member of CardioANP, a naturopathic cardiology subspecialty.
His time outside of the patient care is spent outside- gardening, playing soccer, and training for his next triathlon. He and his wife (Sarah) enjoy hiking with their dog (Remi) and exploring all the new culinary delights that Indy has to offer!
